Prepare the Item
Ensure all furniture or decor is placed back in its original protective packaging to prevent damage during the transit process.
Schedule Collection
Our logistics partners will coordinate a convenient time to collect the item from your residence; please note that return shipping fees will apply.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once the item arrives at our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, a refund will be issued to your original payment method minus restocking fees.
